Joshua Oaks, Assistant Director of Operations and CDCA, is dedicated to making a meaningful impact through his work. While his primary responsibilities are administrative, Joshua works diligently to support the team in delivering exceptional care. He facilitates seamless communication between patients, nurses, and counselors and collaborates with labs and pharmacies to ensure efficient and effective services. Jocelyn Walker Patel, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, specializing in Family Practice. Jocelyn has dedicated more than five years to providing compassionate care to individuals with addiction and mental health disorders, a field she is deeply passionate about. A lifelong resident of Central Ohio, Jocelyn lives with her husband, two daughters, and two beloved dogs. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, crafting, spending quality time with her family, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes during football season.
