Carol Oaks is the Director of Operations for The Mighty Acorn Counseling (a.k.a. "TMAC"). Carol supports the staff of TMAC by assisting in developing polices, protocols, and procedures for the daily and long term operations of the company. Carol researches and implements these areas by productively researching guidelines and regulations, both federally and through the state of Ohio.
